And I used the opportunity to go out for two long(er) runs in beautiful sunny nature over the „hills“ around Heidelberg!
Highly motivated by the weather, the landscape and memories about times I spent in Heidelberg before the „workouts“ became much faster and longer as planned.
Even if my calves were aching the days after this was it worth it! 😉
